The safety of our staff and customers is paramount. We are back up and running with a skeleton staff and offering in-home appointments.
We are receiving backorders of fabrics. If you are still waiting on your order, this will be fulfilled ASAP. Many of our suppliers are working with a skeleton staff also so orders are taking longer. We are not currently taking cash or cheque payments and ask that you pay via card or bank transfer.

Can I arrange an appointment for you to come out to measure and quote?
You can. We will be observing strict social distancing measures throughout your in-home appointment. During your appointment, we ask that you be in a different room. We will have plenty of vertical and roller packs that we can leave behind for you. We can also send out fabric samples to you ahead of your appointment and you can view styles and colours online.
What extra precautions are you taking?
We have gloves to wear at in-home appointments. We will also be washing our hands when we arrive at your home and then again when we leave. At our factory, we have a skeleton staff working so that we can observe social distancing. This on top of cleaning all surfaces and handles throughout the day.
I’ve ordered blinds. When will they be fitted?
Orders are taking longer as we adjust to observing new social distancing measures. As soon as your order is ready to fit, we will be in touch.
Can you post some fabric samples out to me?
Yes of course. If you get in touch with us with your requirements, we will be happy to help and get some sent out to you free of charge.

Can I order blinds to fit myself?
Of course. Get in touch with us with your requirements (e.g. measurements, fabric style, colour) and we can go from there. We can deliver your order to you with everything required for you to fit yourself.
Are deliveries safe?
There is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages. It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. As long as our couriers are still collecting then we can keep delivering to you.
Are orders delayed?
As many of our suppliers are operating with a skeleton staff, orders are taking longer.
I am self-isolating do I need to cancel my appointment for measuring or fitting?
If you are self-isolating then let us know and we will reschedule your appointment for you.
