COVID-19 Update

Due to lockdown rules, you can’t browse in our factory showroom but we remain open. You can book an in-home appointment online through our website or by calling us on 01325 309003. The safety of our staff and customers is paramount and we are taking measures to keep everyone safe.

Our suppliers are all open but an increased number of orders has extended lead times. We will let you know an expected fitting date when you are placing an order. We ask that you pay via card or bank transfer if possible.

FAQs

Can I arrange an appointment for you to come out to measure and quote?

Yes, and we will be observing strict social distancing measures throughout your in-home appointment. During your appointment, we ask that you keep your distance and wear a mask or be in a different room. We will have plenty of vertical and roller packs that we can leave behind for you. You can view styles and colours online that we can send fabric samples of to you ahead of your appointment.

What extra precautions are you taking?

We wear visors at in-home appointments. When we arrive at your home we will wash our hands and again before we leave. We have plenty of space at our factory meaning we can safely observe social distancing. This on top of wearing masks and cleaning frequently touched surfaces throughout the day.

I’ve ordered blinds. When will they be fitted?

An increased number of orders means lead times are longer than usual. We will let you know an expected fitting date when you place an order. As soon as your order is ready to fit, we will be in touch.

Can I order blinds to fit myself?

Please get in touch with us with your requirements (e.g. measurements, fabric style, colour) and we can go from there. We can deliver your order to you with everything required for you to fit yourself.

Can you post fabric samples out to me?

You can order up to five free fabric samples of selected roller and vertical blinds from our website. Browse our fabric styles and colours.

Are deliveries safe?

There is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages. It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. As long as our couriers are collecting from us then we can keep delivering to you.

Can I visit your factory showroom to browse?

Due to lockdown rules, you can’t browse our fabrics and styles in our factory showroom. However, you can arrange an in-home appointment or we can post fabric samples to you.

Can I collect my order from your factory showroom?

You can visit our factory showroom to collect your order.

Are orders delayed?

Orders are taking longer than usual due to an increase in the number of orders being received.

I am self-isolating do I need to cancel my appointment for measuring or fitting?

Let us know if you are self-isolating and we will reschedule your appointment for you.

How can I cancel my appointment?
